From a 60-minute keynote for the whole team to a four-week programme after which the practices become habits. Below: the agenda, formats with starting prices, a three-question format chooser and answers to common questions.

Agenda

What we talk about: from trends to your team

Each practice follows the same rhythm: the story of a real case, a mini-experience where participants feel the practice for a few minutes, and the essence — mindsets, skills and a little theory. The depth depends on the format.

Preparation

Self-assessment and an industry scan

Participants take the self-assessment and receive their profile. I learn what is happening in your company and select trends and cases closest to your field.

The session
Part 1

What innovation is and why now

A new idea + implementation + value for people. How innovative thinking differs from creative thinking, and why it is becoming critical today.

context
Part 2

Trends overview

AI, the labour market, customer behaviour and trends in your industry. The future is already here, just unevenly distributed: we learn to notice its signals.

trends
Part 3

The seven practices of innovative thinking

For each: a story, a mini-experience and the essence. For example, the “invisible gorilla” video, “yes, but…” versus “yes, and…”, or a 2035 news headline about your project.

Part 4

Verdict: is AI capable of innovative thinking?

Everyone stands on an opinion line from “yes” to “no”. Groups deliver a verdict on each practice, and then we see who moved and why.

Part 5

What it means for us

Together the team defines which signals we see, what opportunities they open, and what we can try as early as next month.

What it can look like for you

A keynote or workshop gives a burst of energy and a shared language. But mindset forms when people regularly return to new ideas, cases and questions. That is why a keynote or workshop is a good start, and the programme is the path to new habits.

  • An in-person immersion day
  • 4 weeks: 75-minute sessions, two practices a week
  • A weekly practice on a real project
  • AI companion, learning buddy, group chat

OutcomeAn innovator map for everyone, a visible shift in the profile, practices that have become their own.

Prices are starting prices. The final cost depends on the number of participants, the depth of industry-specific preparation, the format (online or in person) and the location.

Why regularity matters: learning transfers to work when the environment supports it (Blume et al., meta-analysis of 89 studies, 2010), and new beliefs stick where the people around share them (Yeager et al., Nature, 2019).

FAQ

What people usually ask

We are not a tech company. Is this for us?

Yes. Innovation is a new idea, implementation and value for people. It lives in products, services, business models, finance and processes, not only in technology. Trends and cases are selected for your industry.

It has been a very hard year. Is this the right time?

That is exactly why it fits. We don’t call for “dreaming no matter what”; we show how ordinary people and teams in Ukraine found new solutions in the toughest conditions. People need to see that they too have something to build on.

How is this different from a motivational speaker?

A motivational talk gives an emotion for one evening. This is grounded in research (WEF, OECD, McKinsey, Stanford d.school) and concrete practices the team can apply as early as next week.

When is the best time?

Any time a team needs a fresh perspective and energy: at the launch of a new direction, after a reorganisation, at a conference or team event. It is especially relevant at year-end, when teams gather for annual reviews and strategy sessions: a conversation about trends prepares the ground for planning together. If needed, I can also facilitate the strategy session itself.

Is the self-assessment a test?

No. It is a reflection tool: 28 statements, 7–10 minutes. It shows which practices are already yours and which to develop. Only the participant sees their result, and nobody is evaluated on scores.

How many people can take part?

Keynote: from a few dozen to a few hundred people. Workshop: ideally 8–25 people, so everyone can work hands-on. Programme: a group of up to 30.

Online or in person?

Both. In person works best for the workshop and a sense of one team; online works well for distributed teams, keynotes and the programme’s weekly sessions.

Which languages?

Ukrainian and English.

How much does it cost?

See the starting prices on the format cards above. The final cost depends on the number of participants, the depth of industry-specific preparation, the format and the location. I will quote it after a short conversation about your context.
